We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the clothes must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Return Shipping:
Contact our customer service team at info@riseupfit.co.uk to request a Return form. Clearly state the reason for the return or exchange in your email and provide your order number. Once you receive the return form, securely package the clothes with the original packing slip
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over Β£50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donβt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds will be issued once the returned clothes are received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund. Exchanges will be processed promptly after receiving the returned item, subject to availability. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
