UK DELIVERY

Place your order before 2 PM GMT Monday to Friday, and your items will be dispatched the same working day, excluding bank holidays and special/bespoke orders.

Standard UK Delivery: Expect delivery within 2-4 working days.
Next Working Day UK Delivery: Enjoy guaranteed next working day delivery when ordered before 1 PM Monday to Friday.
Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the clothes must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping:

Contact our customer service team at info@riseupfit.co.uk to request a Return form. Clearly state the reason for the return or exchange in your email and provide your order number. Once you receive the return form, securely package the clothes with the original packing slip

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds will be issued once the returned clothes are received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund. Exchanges will be processed promptly after receiving the returned item, subject to availability. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
